ROTATING EQUIPMENT REWINDING
TMTEC is specialized since 1994 in rewinding, repairing, refurbishment and overhauling of rotating equipments.
TMTEC uses state of the art equipment's such as the computerized automatic winding machine and many other equipment's along with AEMT (EX motors) trained / certified technical staff to cater rewinding, repairing and testing to offer the following services to its esteemed clients in the Sultanate of Oman.
MOTOR REWINDING AN OVERHAULING
Our Motor Division specializes in motor rewinding, overhauling, and installation, offering on-site services and supplying a wide range of rotating equipment. This includes LV, MV, and HV motors, blowers, gearboxes, generators, and more, for both industrial and commercial applications.
Supported by skilled technicians and certified engineers, we deliver precise alignment, vibration analysis, preventive maintenance, and swift repair solutions, all aimed at maximizing efficiency, reducing downtime, and extending the lifespan of your equipment.

- Rewinding/Repairing of all types of three-phase HV motors up to 5500 KW (3.3 KV,6.6 KV, 11KV)
- Rewinding/Repairing of all types of three-phase MV motors up to 750 HP-1500 HP( 660-1100V)

PUMP DIVISION
Our Pump Services Unit provides comprehensive solutions for the supply, installation, and maintenance of all pump types, including those used in water, sewage, and oil & gas sectors. With extensive expertise in:

- Valve diagnostics

- Testing and calibration
We excel in in-house lapping, seat restoration, and rigorous testing to guarantee maximum performance. Additionally, our capabilities include precision piping fabrication and installation using carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloys, all performed by certified welders with strict adherence to QA/QC standards and NDT services.
ON-SITE SERVICES
We have a dedicated team of certified field engineers and technicians equipped with the appropriate tools and expertise to ensure the safe and efficient removal, relocation, and installation of rotating equipment. Our primary focus is on achieving precise alignment tailored to operational requirements, thereby minimizing downtime and preventing potential performance issues.
On-site Service Capabilities:
- Dismantling of motors and other rotating equipment directly at the site
- Static electrical testing, including insulation resistance, polarization index, dielectric absorption, winding resistance, inductance, capacitance, surge testing (EAR), partial discharge, DC Hipot/Step Voltage, and Tan Delta testing
- Dynamic testing of rotating equipment onsite, such as vibration analysis, bearing temperature monitoring, sound analysis, and thermographic inspections
- On-site bearing replacement using induction heaters
- Shaft laser alignment for precise operation
- On-site stator cleaning and revarnishing
- Installation and commissioning of motors on site
MECHANICAL DIVISION

- Production of pump and motor components such as cooling fans, fan covers, bearing covers, and keys
- Complex engine block machining and repair, including camshaft polishing, crankshaft grinding, and engine block re-sleeving, to ensure machinery operates at peak performance
TRADING DIVISION
